(v3) Get Forms

https://{amsServer}/{amsAppName}/api/v3/forms/summaries

Returns all forms the authenticated user has access to, including Events, Profiles, and Databases. Use the returned id and type values with GET /api/v3/forms/{form_type}/{form_id} to retrieve the schema for a specific form.
