(v3) Get User Form History

https://{amsServer}/{amsAppName}/api/v3/users//history/forms

Returns an audit trail of form schema changes made by a specific user — i.e. changes they made to form definitions in the Builder (adding fields, modifying sections, etc.). This is not a log of data entries made by the user.

Useful for auditing who modified a form configuration and when.

Requires superadmin, admin, or coach access for the specified user.
