(v3) Get User Dashboard History

https://{amsServer}/{amsAppName}/api/v3/users//history/dashboards

Returns an audit trail of dashboard changes made by a specific user — i.e. dashboards they modified in the Dashboard Builder.

Useful for auditing who changed a dashboard configuration and when.

Requires superadmin, admin, or coach access for the specified user.
