(v1) Authenticate User

https://{amsServer}/{amsAppName}/api/v1/userauthentication

Authenticates a user using HTTP Basic Auth to verify that the account can use API v1. This call is not required before other v1 calls, but is useful to confirm credentials and permissions are configured correctly before you begin building.
