(v3) Get Dashboard History

https://{amsServer}/{amsAppName}/api/v3/dashboards/history/

Returns the change history for a specific dashboard. Each entry records who made a change and when. Use the version IDs from this response to retrieve or revert to a specific state with GET /api/v3/dashboards/{id}/version/{versionId}.

Intended for auditing and integration tooling, not general data access. Requires builder or admin access.
